how the process works:
- Parts must first have a build history of at least
3 separate runs without a reject.
- Once this proven track record has been established,
then, Dock to Stock can begin.
- Future deliveries will be tagged and clearly identified
as "Dock to Stock" so that your receiving department
will know to by-pass inspection.
- You can then pull parts from inventory and go straight
to the line without concern.
- With "Dock to Stock", we assume a greater responsibility
for the quality of the products you receive.
With a cumultive rejection rating of less than 2% over
the past twenty years, we are confident that we can
provide this service for your parts.
